This action was commenced by the plaintiff against the defendants on the 12th of October, 1891, to recover damages for the loss of profits on a contract which he alleged the defendants hindered and preventing hirh from performing. In the complaint (a copy of which should be incorporated in the report of the case), the plaintiff alleges substantially as follows: 1st.
