Defendant appeals from a judgment imposing punitive sanctions against her for contempt based on her violation of a restraining order issued under the Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities Abuse Prevention Act. ORS 33.065; ORS 124.005 -124.040. She asserts that the trial court erred by admitting into evidence the return of service of the restraining order, in violation of her right of confrontation under the Oregon and federal constitutions. Defendant’s challenge under the Oregon Constitution was not preserved. In addressing her challenge under the federal constitution, we affirm.
