By THE COURT.

This is a law appeal from the judgment of the Common Pleas Court rendered upon the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $30,000.00. the same being for personal injuries received while in the employment of the defendant as a locomotive fireman. The action was brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and it was stipulated in the trial court that the plaintiff was an employee engaged in interstate commerce.
