ORDER RE OBJECTION TO TRUSTEE’S REPORT ON CLAIMS

PAUL J. KILBURG, Bankruptcy Judge.

On April 21, 1998, the above-captioned matter came on for hearing pursuant to assignment. Present at the hearing were Attorney Jeffrey Taylor for Debtors, Attorney John Lane for Sears, Roebuck & Co., and Trustee Carol Dunbar. The matter before the Court is Sears, Roebuck & Co.’s objection to Trustee’s Report on Claims. After the presentation of argument by counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2)(A), (B), (K), and (0).
