This action was brought by appellee to recover of appellants as receivers of the Houston & Texas Central Railway Company damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted to him by reason of the negligence of the defendants in obstructing the view of the track and in operating a train so as to cause a collision with a wagon in which plaintiff was crossing the track.
