This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing, for failure to prosecute, a complaint at law brought by Esther Locke, as administratrix of the estate of Walter D. Locke, deceased, against the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, J. M. Kurn, and John G. Lonsdale, trustees, and W. H. Rumsey and Willett Martin in the district court of Sharp county, Ark.
