I. Introduction
In three issues, Appellant Comptroller, State of Texas (TCPA) appeals a judgment in favor of Appellee Wesley Landsfeld. We vacate the trial court’s judgment and dismiss the case.
II. Procedural and Factual Background
Because we resolve the parties’ dispute over Landsfeld’s employment-discrimination claim on the TCPA’s procedural challenge, a detailed factual recitation is unnecessary.
