This is the second appeal in this case. The decision of this court in a former appeal is found at 271 S.W.2d 741.

The State of Texas brought suit in the district court of Polk County against Mamie Corine Stone and Carrie Jane Walker, the two daughters of Walter J. Mills, deceased, seeking reimbursement as the dis-tributees -of his estate for the support, maintenance and treatment furnished by the State at its Austin State Hospital to George Mills, the adult son of Walter J.
