The Court has before it the motion of the Debtors (the “Motion”) seeking authority to reject under § 365 of the Bankruptcy Code1 an agreement between and John and Eunice Organ (the “Organs”) and Ayrshire Collieries Corporation (“Ayrshire”), a predecessor in interest to one of the Debtors (the “Agreement”).
