Appellant-third-party-plaintiff Ronald D. Liggett, d/b/a Liggett Construction Company (Liggett), appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellees-third-party-defen-dants Dean and Elisabeth Young (collectively, the Youngs).
