ORDER OF ABSTENTION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the plaintiffs “Motion to Abstain from Determination of Counterclaim or, in the Alternative, to Stay Proceedings on the Counterclaim,” filed on April 15, 1997. The debtor defendant responded on May 12, 1997, and the plaintiff replied on May 20, 1997. This court has jurisdiction over this proceeding as well as this motion which constitute a core proceeding. In re Sowthmark Storage Associates Ltd. Partnership, 132 B.R. 231 (Bankr. D.Conn.1991).
