Before the Court are motions for summary judgment filed by Defendant Joseph McGregor Andrews (“Andrews”) and Plaintiff Jane Doe1 (“Doe”) in this diversity action arising out of an alleged sexual assault at a college fraternity house.2 Andrews moves for summary judgment on the causes of action Doe has brought against him for false imprisonment, assault and battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
