ALVIN B. RUBIN, Circuit Judge:
An underwater pipeline was damaged during the relocation of a drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico, resulting in a multitude of disputes, including: the apportionment of fault among the parties that participated in the relocation; what party or parties were *1217due compensation for the property damaged; and the extent to which several parties purportedly indemnified one another. We affirm the judgment of the district court in all but the last of these determinations.
