OPINION

SUSAN LARSEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a speeding ticket. The municipal court found the appellant, Blanca Ochoa, guilty of speeding and assessed a fine of $105. Ochoa appealed to the Municipal Court of Appeals of the City of El Paso, which affirmed the trial court’s judgment. We affirm.

FACTS

On September 5, 1996, Officer Daniel Romero stopped Ochoa as she drove along Vista Del Sol street and issued her a traffic ticket for driving 51 miles-per-hour in a 35 mile-per-hour zone. At trial, Romero testified that he observed Ochoa driving at a high rate of speed and confirmed her speed…
