This matter is before the Court on an objection by the debtor, Johnson Steel & Wire Company, Inc. (the “Debtor” or “Johnson Steel”) to claims filed by John H. Gaucher, William A. Biliouris, Joseph G. Kirkpatrick, William P. Simmerman and Robert L. Brown (collectively the “Claimants”). The Claimants have filed motions for partial summary judgment which have been previously denied by the Court.
