This is a confirmed Chapter 11 case and the matter under consideration is a dispute between Horizon Bank (Horizon) and Picker Financial Group, L.L.C. (Picker) concerning the right of Horizon to trump the security interest of Picker, based on the doctrine of equitable subrogation, encumbering the assets of the debtor, Healthcare America Medical Group, Inc.
