Roscoe D. Federick (plaintiff) brought an action against Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and David Lee Hubbard (defendant Hubbard), seeking damages which allegedly arose after plaintiff was struck by a MARTA bus that was being operated by defendant Hubbard. Defendants MARTA and Hubbard an swered and denied the material allegations of the complaint.
