In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and violation of Executive Law § 296, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), entered December 11, 1987, as, upon reargument, adhered to its original determination to grant the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint and denied that branch of the plaintiffs motion which sought leave to amend the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
