In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of an option to purchase a cooperative apartment, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), dated February 22, 1989, as denied that branch of their motion which was to renew their opposition to that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the third cause of action asserted in the complaint, which branch of the defendants’ motion was granted by order of the same court dated January 19, 1989.

Ordered that the order is reversed…
