MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

TROUTMAN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court in this personal injury diversity action is the defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 56. For the reasons which we set forth in this memorandum, defendant’s motion will be granted.

The plaintiff, a Pennsylvania resident, was injured at his employer’s plant in New Jersey on February 2, 1971, while he was attempting to unjam an allegedly defective fiberglass insulation manufacturing machine.
