— This is a prosecution under section 4606, chapter 56, of the Revised Statutes of 1889, commonly known as the local option law. The defendant was charged with having violated the provisions of the law at four different times, to wit: August 30, 1891, October 20, 1891; November 2, 1891, and December 1,1891. He was found guilty of all these offenses, except the one alleged to have taken place on October 20, 1891, and was fined $500 on each of three counts.
