Appellant Latisha S. Castillo (“Castillo”) challenges the district court’s granting Ap-*645pellee Emergency Medicine Associates, P.A.’s (“EMA”) motion for summary judgment, on the ground that her medical malpractice claim is barred by Virginia’s statute of limitations.
