— Exceptions to the r'eport of an auditor appointed by this court to audit the accounts of the trustees under the will of this decedent, James Gandolfo, and that of his wife, Colomba Gandolfo, bring the records in both cases before us for review.

The records are extremely voluminous; the testimony approximates 700 pages; the reports of the auditor are necessarily long and involved; of the seven children, four have filed ninety-nine exceptions, one has filed seven exceptions and another twenty exceptions; the seventh child, while represented by counsel, has not excepted, and, by…
