The plaintiff, Clarence C. Packwood, brought this suit against the defendants, Mack B. Johnson, Jimmie Steptoe, Mertdell Sanders, Booker T. Chatman and Rite-Way House Movers, Inc., seeking to rescind a contract of sale to him from Mack B. Johnson, which sale covered all the issued shares of stock in the corporate de fendant.
