Southwest Texas . State University (“University”) and Southwest Texas State University Support Foundation (“Foundation”), ap-pellees, sued Hays County Appraisal District (“Appraisal District”), appellant, seeking to establish that certain property owned by the Foundation was exempt from taxation for the years 1992 through 1996. Following a trial to the court, the district court rendered judgment that the property was entitled to a partial exemption from property taxation.
