This matter is before the Court upon the motion (“Motion”) of Hyatt Legal Services, Joel Hyatt, William Brooks, Susan Hyatt, Wayne Willis, Jane/John Doe, James Reese, Ben Rainsberger, and Richard Oves-trud (together, the “defendants”) to dismiss the complaint filed by the Chapter 7 trustee (“plaintiff”) and the plaintiff’s opposition to that motion.
