A. G. Ehrlich and other members of a church congregation, incorporated under the laws of the state of Colorado, instituted this suit in the name of the corporation against other members of the congregation seeking an injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with plaintiff’s ownership, possession and enjoyment of its real and personal property. The lower court found for the defendants on the merits and dismissed the suit, which ruling is now sought to be reviewed.
