MILLER, Justice:

Deborah Birthisel, the plaintiff below, appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County which granted a motion for summary judgment to Tri-Cities Health Services Corporation, a West Virginia corporation, doing business as HCA River Park Hospital (River Park), the defendant below. The plaintiff filed this civil action for retaliatory discharge after she was fired for refusing to make additions to closed patient charts. The plaintiff now seeks to have us overturn the circuit court’s order granting the motion for summary judgment. We decline to do so.
