OPINION GRANTING JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF
PATRICIA J. BOYLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a former employee of defendant, brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 and the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L.A. 37.2101 et seq., for alleged sexual harassment and diserimination based on national origin during her employment by defendant. Plaintiff contends that these conditions caused plaintiff’s resignation and constituted a constructive discharge.
