I. INTRODUCTION
The principal purpose of the Bankruptcy Code is to grant a fresh start to the honest but unfortunate debtor-any purpose that violates the intent of the Bankruptcy statute is considered unworthy of bankruptcy protection and will be halted.1 Pending before this Court is Ricardo Orozco's ("Orozco " or "Plaintiff ") "Amended Complaint for Revocation of Discharge" ("Amended Complaint ") against Jose R.
