This is an appeal by Earnest Gather Walker, defendant below, from a judgment and sentence by the county.court of Kiowa county, Okla., wherein he was charged, tried and convicted by a jury of the crime of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. On the verdict the court imposed judgment and sentence of a fine of $100.
