This, action at law was brought to recover damages for injury to the plaintiff’s house and lot, abutting on Amity street in the city of New York, alleged to have been occasioned by the construction and operation of the defend .ant’s elevated railway in and along that street in front of her premises, by which her easements of light, air and access in the street were impaired. (Story v. N. Y. E. R. R. Co., 90 N. Y. 122.)
