*527The appellee Macario Zapater sued Herminio Irizarry and Tnlidania Cancel to recover the sum of $1,500 because, as the appellee alleged in his complaint, the appellants had made a contract with him to lease the principal story of house No. 13 in G-eneral Maceo Street in the city of Utuado for the price of $25 a month for the term of two years; that the appellants undertook to deliver the house-to the appellee on July 1, 1908, afterwards in August of the same year, and thereafter on September 15, 1908, the appellee consenting to each of these extensions.
