During a stop and frisk by the police, the defendant was found to be in possession of a sawed-off rifle, seven individually wrapped bags of marijuana, and a marijuana cigar. In the ensuing criminal proceedings, the defendant’s motion to suppress these items was denied by a judge of the District Court.
