Without going into the matter in detail we are of the opinion that the complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of suit, and such of the testimony as has been brought here in the transcript supports the finding of the court. The jurisdictional question raised' seems- to depend upon a supposed distinction between the word “resident” as used in the complaint and the word “inhabitant” used in Section 509, L. O. L. In fact, the brief submitted by defendant seems to be predicated entirely upon this supposed distinction. We are of the opinion that whatever subtle distinction…
