W. HOMER DRAKE, Bankruptcy Judge.

On October 30, 1981, the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (“Hartford”) commenced the above-referenced adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt. Hartford prays that its claim in the amount of $45,000.00 in this bankruptcy case will be determined to be nondis-chargeable. Hartford’s claim is based on a civil judgment against the debtor, John David Rose, Jr. (“Rose”) for fraud and conversion.
