Lobis, J.), entered January 24, 2013, granting respondents’ cross motion to deny the petition to annul respondents’ determination, dated July 31, 2012, which terminated petitioner from the New York City Teaching Fellows training program, and dismissing the proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
