MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
McGLYNN, District Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court imposing sanctions on an attorney for contempt by reason of his failure to comply with previous orders of the court. Review by this court is de novo. 1
On March 25, 1986, Charles F. Volz, Jr., Esquire filed a joint Chapter 13 bankruptcy case on behalf of the above named debtors. A plan of Reorganization was confirmed on September 2, 1986.
