This matter is before the court on a motion by plaintiff Digital Privacy, Inc., (“Digital Privacy”), for entry of final order, or in the alternative, to stay the matter and certify it for appeal, filed April 9, 2002. Defendant RSA Security, Inc., (“RSA”), responded to plaintiffs motion on April 25, 2002. 1 The matter is ripe for review.
