MEMORANDUM & ORDER

ROBINSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Patsy L. Billups brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of Defendant Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of her application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. According to plaintiff, defendant failed to properly assess plaintiffs credibility and failed to properly establish plaintiffs residual functional capacity.
