Plaintiff Marilyn Brown brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) and D. Kan. Rule 83.7, seeking judicial review of the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) to deny her applications for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
