This was a proceeding by the appellee before the district court for Keith county under the provisions of section 59 et seq. of the act approved March 26, 1895, known as the “District Irrigation Law,” seeking a confirmation of steps resulting in the formation of the Alfalfa Irrigation District, and the issuance thereby of certain bonds intended to promote the general purposes of the act.
