¶ 1 On April 4, 2018, the Petitioner, Carol Rose Goforth, filed her Petition for Reinstatement requesting she be readmitted as a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) pursuant to Rule 11, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, 5 O.S. 2011 , Ch. 1, App. 1-A (RGDP).
