In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the third-party defendant Lady J. Enterprises, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Collins, J.), dated July 1, 1988, which denied its motion to dismiss the third-party complaint as against it.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the appellant’s motion to dismiss the third-party complaint as against it is granted.
