MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SMITH, United States Magistrate Judge.
On February 9, 2001, following a bench trial in the above-referenced action, this Court entered judgment against Defendant and Counterclaim-Plaintiff Chiches-ter School District (the “School District”), in the amount of $407,801.44, and against Plaintiff and Counterclaim-Defendant North American Specialty Insurance Company (“NAS”), in the amount of $166,524.63. For judicial economy purposes, the Court bifurcated the School District’s claim for attorneys’ fees against NAS, and requested that both parties separately brief the issue.…
