Plaintiff Edna J. Albert is the special administratrix of the estate of Alexander Albert, deceased, whose death resulted from an automobile collision in St. Clair county about 3 a.m. on November 11, 1951. It is charged in the declaration that plaintiff’s decedent was free from any negligence, and that the defendant, Rosella M. Chambers, was guilty of negligence while driving an automobile be longing to her husband, defendant Grant E. Chambers, with his knowledge and consent.
