This is a chancery proceeding brought in the Circuit Court of Doddridge County seeking the annulment of a marriage which took place in Garrett County, Maryland, on the sixteenth day of May, 1938, between the plaintiff, Jesse Franklin Bell, and the defendant, Mary Perine Bell. The cause is here in a dual aspect, due to the fact that, in May, 1939, an order was entered awarding pendente lite alimony against the plaintiff and court costs and attorney’s fee. against, the plaintiff’s next friend, J.
