MEMORANDUM & ORDER
TOWNES, District Judge:
Plaintiffs filed this action alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and New York Labor Law (“NYLL”). Defendants Nannys for Gran-nys Inc., Nannies for Grannies Inc., There’s No Place Like Home Companion Care LTD., Patricia Thelian, and Ronald Thelian (collectively, “Defendants”) now move this Court to dismiss Plaintiffs’ amended complaint in its entirety.
