MEMORANDUM OPINION

J. MICHAEL DEASY, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

After confirmation of a liquidating plan of reorganization which resulted in the sale of substantially all of the jointly administered Debtors’ assets to First Hamilton Corporation and the payment of a one hundred percent dividend plus interest to unsecured creditors, the Court held a hearing to consider fee applications from professionals.
