The members of the Unofficial Creditors Committee of the Bayou OnShore Funds (the “Unofficial Committee” or “Committee”) 1 have requested the entry of an order under section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq., allowing, as administrative expenses, the fees and expenses of counsel to the Committee for pre-bankruptcy services (the “Motion”).
